Director of eCommerce – Magento 2 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus - Kirkland, WA
R2 have teamed up with a leading sporting goods company on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Director of eCommerce with strong Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce experience to help take their online eCommerce presence to the next level.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in owning an ecommerce platform and understanding the connection points. This hire will set the roadmap, strategy and execution.
This is a technical role where you will have a strong understanding of backend and frontend Magento development, you will not need to be hands on.
You will come from a background where you have successfully completed end to end ecommerce roadmaps on Magento 2/Adobe Commerce or a direct report on a team that has successfully completed end to end ecommerce roadmaps on Magento 2/Adobe Commerce.
What they are on the lookout for:
- Strong experience in Magento 2 in a B2B or B2C space
- Experienced in being a lead on eCommerce projects and setting roadmaps from end to end
- Understanding of Magento development (backend/frontend)
- Experience leading Agile Scrum teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
